Tom Roberto serves as Chief Technology Officer at SG Network Services, where he leads both technology strategy and operational execution. With over 25 years in the industry, Tom has built his career on making complex infrastructure projects work seamlessly, from retail rollouts to data center deployments to enterprise-scale implementations.
Before joining SG in 2023, Tom spent nine years as CTO and Board Advisor at Core Technology Solutions, where he drove 50%+ year-over-year growth, reduced CAPEX by 30%, and helped scale the company past $50 million. His experience spans the full spectrum of technology services—from designing solutions and leading engineering teams to modernizing systems and improving field operations.
Tom’s approach blends technical depth with operational discipline. He believes great technology isn’t just about innovation, it’s about execution, craftsmanship, and the people who bring it to life.
