Short Biography
Michael Geary serves as Director of Operations & PMO at SG Network Services, where he oversees project delivery, operational processes, and program management across the company. With nearly 20 years of project management experience, Mike brings the discipline and execution focus that ensures SG’s multi-site deployments run like clockwork.
Mike joined SG in 2023 as a Program Manager, quickly proving his ability to handle complex projects and lead teams through challenging implementations. His promotion to Director came as SG recognized his talent for building scalable processes and developing project managers who deliver consistent results. Before SG, Mike spent 16 years at Brookdale managing technology projects in healthcare environments, followed by time at Granite Telecommunications handling enterprise deployments.
A Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a degree in Information Systems Security, Mike combines technical knowledge with strong operational instincts. He understands what it takes to coordinate field teams, manage vendor relationships, and keep clients informed throughout every phase of a project. His approach is straightforward: clear communication, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on delivering what was promised when it was promised.
