With over four years at SG progressing from Director of Program Management to Director of Operations and now to his current role, Chris has built his career on creating systems that help teams perform at their best.

His expertise lies in aligning sales processes with operational reality, ensuring every deal is structured for successful delivery while protecting margins. Chris focuses on strengthening sales-to-operations transitions, improving CRM workflows, and building the accountability frameworks that allow companies to scale predictably. Before joining SG, he spent nearly 15 years in program and project management roles at companies like Black Box, Genesco, and Pomeroy, where he managed complex technology deployments and built delivery teams from the ground up.

Chris brings operational discipline to sales strategy, using data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership to reduce friction across departments.
