Short Biography​

Bilal Mandzo has over 15 years of experience in operations and project coordination, recently transitioning into a support management role. He started his career providing help desk and operations support for various field build-outs. In addition, he has served roles within SG from office management through coordination and project management. Bilal (aka “Billy”) quickly became known for his ability to understand technical issues in-field and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

After advancing to a senior technical support role, Bilal leveraged his technical expertise along with his project coordination skills to begin managing deployment projects for rollouts and support maintenance tasks. This includes planning and coordinating equipment upgrades, user training, data migration, and go-live transition activities. Under his experienced leadership, these projects consistently finished on-time and within a scheduled SLA.

Given Bilal’s proven track record in managing technical deployment initiatives, he was selected to oversee a new team dedicated to dispatching technicians for maintenance repair requests. Within this role, he now leads all phases of the work order process including intake, assignment, scheduling, parts requisition, and service verification. Feedback surveys continue to indicate a high level of customer satisfaction in Bilal’s team’s responsiveness and service quality.
